- 2 cups plain yogurt

- 2 tsp. garam masala
- 2 tsp. coriander powder

- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnishing)
Instructions

1. In a large bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, turmeric powder, and salt. Set it aside for at least 30 minutes.
2. In a pan, heat ghee over medium heat. In the oil, add the chopped onions and sauté them till golden.
3. Add minced garlic and ginger paste to the pan and fry for another minute.
4. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and fry until it's cooked on all sides.
5. Add garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, and salt to the pan and fry for 2–3 minutes.

7. Cover the pan and let the chicken cook in the gravy for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
8. Once the chicken is cooked, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.

1 You can add more or less chilli powder according to your taste preference.
2 If you don't have cashews, you can use almonds or pistachios instead.
3 Make sure to use a heavy-bottomed pan to prevent the gravy from burning.
4 If you want to make the dish more flavourful, you can add a pinch of saffron to the gravy.
